Model Properties, LLC is a residential landscape architectural firm
initially developed by John C. De Feo. He believed that using landscape architecture as a spearhead in the design and installation
process was crucial to the final results and now, Model Properties, in conjuction with installation contractors and its clients
is able to maintain control of the project from design through completion. Model Properties clients are now more comfortably
guided through their projects with constant communication and professionalism that is typically not accounted for by our competition.
John C. De Feo is a landscape architect who graduated at the top of his class from Syracuse University
and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He has owned his own business as a landscape
architect since 1995 and started Model Properties, LLC in 2004 to offer services past the design phase.
